Not a lot of fightin and dyin in that episode...but the season is new, time enough for that later! It will be interesting to see where Tyrion will go from here. And what about the Kingslayer?

I watched the second episode with the wife, she drilled me about what happens next. I finally said I couldn't talk anymore and I thought you might be the lucky one having not read the 5 books.

Well, it's episode three and no one has died yet. Jamie did lose his hand...Did Dany really bargain away a dragon? I hope she has something up her sleeve.

Never underestimate Dany.
The problem with reading all the books I'm not sure what will be included in this season but there is one event coming and you'll get your deaths, more than all the previous episodes combined. Hint. Wedding.

Wedding. Deaths at the wedding? Sounds like my kind of wedding! I did notice some possible foreshadowing when Joffrey's bride-to-be talked about wanting to kill something with that crossbow. If I was Joffrey I don't think I'd turn my back on HER! Theon's sister hasn't shown up yet, I want to see more of her. And I hope they don't kill off Cercei soon, she's great to look at, but SOMEBODY needs to die!

See what happens when you underestimate Dany.

Aw, c'mon, someone has to die soon or I will lose interest. GOT is getting as dull as real life.

On second thought, there is nothing like a good beheading to liven things up!!!

Aargh! Only three episodes to go in season three. While I do have some small gripes (such as: how much longer will Theon's torture go on? Set him free or kill him off please), GOT is still the best thing on TV. In theory you would think the big networks would notice and maybe replace some of their innumerable crime dramas with a sword and sorcery show, no doubt they would screw it up anyway and deliver some dreck, so I'm glad they aren't even trying.

Anymore I watch very little TV but I'd have to agree GOT is the best show to come along in ages. I'm preparing myself for withdrawal and Martin is months behind on book 6. Well at least when the season is over I won't be getting drilled by the wife as to what happens next or was it really that way in the book.
We are getting close to the "Red wedding," bet it happens Sunday night. But, it's such a bummer they may wait until the last episode, George RR Martin loves to leave his audience on a negative.

Cephrael's Hand is supposed to be like GOT, I think I'll read the book.
