I had a hard time trying to decide whether to call this thread "President Trump", or "The Law of Unintended Consequences". Which is why I am not sweating a (t)Rump Presidency, unlike many of my lib friends. First, it will be very revealing of the political immaturity of the American electorate if he is elected. How will the world react to that revelation? Could be interesting. Of course, Trump being such a charlatan I don't think anybody has a real clue what he would do in the WH. I could guess he will try to make the world Safer for Billionaires, but maybe not. I sure he could try to deport 11 million "illegals", but that definitely might have unintended consequences. Would the world still want America to be the policeman if Trump is the Police Chief? Stay tuned.

As I said elsewhere, it will be interesting to see if talk radio can still elect a President. But unlike Rush Limbaugh and Obama, if by chance Trump is elected President, I won't say I want him to fail even before he takes office. It would be in all our best interests for him to succeed. But whomever is elected, I suspect he/she will be our fourth (and hopefully last) crappy Boomer President.

One of the more interesting things about a Trump Presidency would be seeing what he might do with Obamacare. I was never a fan of Obamacare from the beginning, and now it seems it's hitting turbulence. So what would Trump's plan be? Go back to the way it was in the bad old days, that is, if you can pay for medical care you live, and if you can't you die? Maybe he would surprise us all.

Go back to the way it was in the bad old days, that is, if you can pay for medical care you live, and if you can't you die? Maybe he would surprise us all. Easy solution!! 1. Let people buy Health Ins. over the states lines and state laws should cover all states to prevent Ins screwing and fleecing people! Buying Health Ins. over the state lines will offer more cheaper competitive Rates! 2. Get rid off Illegals It can be done The Govt dont want to do it! Once Illegals gone! they wont suck up emergency care thus Hospitals wont lose much money errr I mean profit! Put border patrol every emergency room. 3. Law should be required ALL INS. CO's will have to put A-Z (cheap to expensive plan) Whats not going to be covered, Whats going to be covered and how much it going to be covered! if there is a loop hole thats not on the list they have to cover it until they fix the loophole 4. Hospitals are overcharging people That has to stop! They charge few dollars for taking tylenol you can buy 1 to 3 bottles at a drug store for what hospitals charges! 5. Law should be implied if you get hurt or sick and you used your Ins. They cant raise your rates for that and close loop holes that they cant use against you! They can Raise your Rates Only if you do stupid things to hurt your self due to your carelessness Example stupid people taking selfies and fall off the cliff! Drunk driving and other stupidity people do Then they can raise your rates because you are a high risk! I think the Law should be applied same for Car Ins. if you are in a accident and its not your fault according to the police! The Car Ins. can not raise your rates if you in a accident and if your car got stolen or damaged by disasters! I could go on!

As this campaign rolls on, I'm surprising myself by how I'm almost wishing for Trump to win. From where I sit, the last half dozen or so Presidents have worked hard to keep the shame of modern America hidden, and Clinton will continue with that. But Trump lets our shame out into the open for all to see. I believe the greatest shame of post-war America was the flight of white people to the burbs and leaving the inner cities to rot. The politicians have worked to disguise this ugly fact for almost four generations now, but Trump makes it blatantly obvious with his appeal to white voters, and making "America Great Again" really means "Making White Suburbia Matter Again". So I say, bring it on! American ugliness for all the world to see!

When this election campaign got into full swing last spring, I made the decision to play along with the dubious theory that it makes a difference who the President is. But it's almost over now, and I'm tired of playing along. From where I sit, it makes little difference which of these candidates wins, because whether it's Hillary or The Donald, the Class War will continue. Still, the possibility that Class War, which has been smoldering for decades, may be more likely to burst into flames with the election of Trump. To the barricades, Millennials! Oh, I amuse myself. They won't even look up from their cellphones because they might miss catching a Pokemon.

One thing Obama was often accused of was being a "divisive" President. Well, I think a President Trump might make him look like a total slacker in the divisiveness department. In fact, I think he might be so divisive that blood will flow in the streets. Which will make Hateful person happy.

SO the New York Times endorsed Hillary. That ought to gain Trump a few hundred thousand votes. But if I try to put the choice between them to it's most basic question, since actually their stated policies are not that much different, then the question is do you want a loose cannon in the White House or not? With Hillary you know what you are getting, with Trump I don't think we do. Which may be fine with you. I don't care, the Class War will continue either way. A pox on both their houses.

While the lamestream media is trying to write off Trump, since I don't trust polls I still give him a chance of winning. The thing is, we know what we are getting with Hillary, while no one has a clue how The Douchebag will govern. I could see him stabbing his Tea Party supporters in the back and being a Big Government guy. He likes things big, so why not the government he is running? But as I've said in the past, if I had spent my life worrying about National Security, I would be worried sick he would unravel all the alliances we have built up in the last 7 decades. And I might be cleaning my sniper rifle. Personally, I think the end of the American Empire might be the best thing that ever happened to America. And as I also said before, the Class War will continue no matter who is elected.

I think the polls do not include the Novelty Factor, which is how much it would be a novelty to have a egomaniac lunatic in the White House, a guy willing to say almost anything that comes to his mind. I think that might appeal to a lot of people who won't admit it.

So anyone want to take bets on the first way Trump will stab his dupe supporters in the back? Here's a guess: He will not go back on the Iran deal. I doubt he could put back together the anti-Iran coalition even if he wanted to. Probably one of the first of the fallouts from America electing a charlatan.

We’ve had a charlatan in the WH for 8 years so what changes? I can’t good was triumphant but I can say evil was defeated.
