I would ask the same question of Jack O: what SCOTUS decisions in the last 20 years, or more, you disagree with. Do you know of any dissenting opinions from conservative justices that did not appeal to you?
Or, has the imbalance of flora and fauna in your lower gastrointestinal traveled back to the mouth of the alimentary canal?
Just give us something that gives credible indication you are really all there.
I get concerned for you, Jack.

Dont worry about me Hatch...as long as I can give my opinion in America I am QUITE FINE And especially since my candidate Obama is our president now. but to respectfuly answer your question,,,I did not agree on the supreme court discision to APPOINT Bush as President and stop counting votes in Florida. to me that threw the constitution in the toilet. and then Bush did the same... thats the first one that comes to mind,,,dont have much time now... Hope I answered your question,,,

You maybe 100% correct Jack Oliver this is today’s America. You are 100% incorrect if you think for a nanosecond Obama has any regard for ALL AMERICA. Obama considers one person and one person only. I challenge you to present ONE fact that would indicate Obama has regard for ALL AMERICA. His selection for the SCOTUS proves he does not have any regard for the working white man errr firefighters. 60% of this judges (in Bruce’s words Neanderthal) decisions have been overturned. The woman is a racist. That is not my America.

Ah, Jack O, you brought up the recount.
Guess who recounted the votes. And guess who found that Bush won, fair and square.
Yeah, this is baiting. Plain and blantant.
The rule of law really means nothing to you, does it. Oops. That's something you are not familiar with.
Sorry. I must keep in mind to whom I am speaking.

When liberals are capable of moving past their bitterness then they have a right question the right. Get over it.

I am a white male from a deep military family and have NO problem with President Obama nor his choices....that is why we elected him... You have constantly used that term to bring some strength to your argument, like a clutch to lean on. Did that military service end with you not supporting our country with an enlistment? The way you use that phrase is like you are lacking something! BUT THAT IS JUST MY OPINION!

The woman is a racist. That is not my America. The 60% overturn rate is misleading. The average judge has 2/3 to 3/4 of his decisions overturned when BROUGHT TO APPEAL. Decisions that are appealed are a small percentage of their total decisions. Cases are appealed when they may have been an error or some other mitigating factor. The right is using this 60% overturn rate as if it is something unusual. The usual trickery. The racist charge is utterly absurd. She will be confirmede; elected Republicans have no stomach for a long, bitter fight. Non elected righties will run around like chickens with their heads cut off(talk show hosts, columnists, Newt the dying wife wife leaver Gingrich, etc). What a brilliant choice by the president. What has the president done for the(your words) white working class? We can start with the credit card reform, the $18,000 tax credit for first time homebuyer, the income tax cuts, etc. And the stimulus has saved 40+ teaching positions in the Sweetwater district alone.

When Reagan appointed Sandra Day O'Connor to the Court, Republicans crowed about how "progressive" they were for appointing the first female to the court. Now the president has appointed a Latina, why shouldn't that matter. It certainly mattered when Branch Rickey hired Jackie Robinson. I remember going to see a Dodgers-Boston Braves game when I was 5 or 6; I was excited about seing the game, my dad and uncle were up to see a black man in a Dodger uniform.

Bruce, I was referring to the white firefighters in New Haven. I find most of your facts incorrect and the rest of your statement gross exaggeration. I will provide examples but in your words “I don’t have time now.”

Apples and Oranges Bruce, I don't think Jackie Robinson ever expressed any desires to change the rules of the game. He just wanted a chance to play the same game, under the existing rules, with everyone else.
