www.foxnews.com/politics/first100days/2009/03/23/fusion-centers-expand-criteria-identify-militia-members/If the shoe fits,,,,Another fine republican value ;D 'Fusion Centers' Expand Criteria to Identify Militia Members Do you like Ron Paul or oppose abortion? You may be a member of a militia, according to a new report by a government information collection agency. If you're an anti-abortion activist, or if you display political paraphernalia supporting a third-party candidate or a certain Republican member of Congress, if you possess subversive literature, you very well might be a member of a domestic paramilitary group. That's according to "The Modern Militia Movement," a report by the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC), a government collective that identifies the warning signs of potential domestic terrorists for law enforcement communities. -------------------------------------------------- I bet most if Talk Radio supporters fall in this category !

I must say I have mixed emotions about this thread. I'm just not sure what an unprovoked attack on our good conservative friends like this is trying to accomplish. I can only guess you may have been listening to Rush or one of those other radio clowns, with their snide attacks on all things liberal, but I'm not sure mimicing what they do is something we want to do ourselves. I could be wrong.

Liberals slam the Patriot Act yet make light of this, that is the ultimate hypocrisy.

I just posting what was on the news about republican extremists and also echoing the talk radio talking points that most republicans believe.
Hopefuly most republicans here dont agree with talk radio demonization of President Obama or the majority of america who voted for him.
BUT Talk Radio and the head of the republican party DO demonize and smear us Americans.
No attack here,,,just seeing what kind of republicans are on these posts...do they condem the new republican direction or embrace it?
DOnt you want to know who you are talking to? Just my opinion.

CM,,,,wrong again,,,
Obama is supporting the patriot act...sorry.
Obama's moderate possitions on most things is talking away the hot air out of republican criticism....but that wont stop your side from still smearing him will it...

Yes, I do want to know who I am talking to, both conservatives and liberals, which I guess is why I questioned what you were doing. I think I see now.
As for the Patriot Act, I thought it was unnecessary and possibly dangerous at the beginning. Now it just appears to been a relatively harmless bureaucratic reorganization. I could be wrong.

Your intial post seemed excessively "in your face" and inciting. But I guess you wanted to see how they would react.
