As much as I hate to do it I have to eat at In-N-Out once a month, Taco Bell about once a year or less. Has anyone been to Nessy Burger Hwy 76 and I15, I drive by a couple of times per week and there is always a line of 20-50 people. Raddy, you need more nourishment than fast food every day, take of yourself. I enjoy In-N-Out about once a month also. If you go online, you can learn so much that they will do for you in special orders. The menu they have posted is so basic and not near what they have to offer. I really can't stand Taco Bell as there are so many, much better, taco shops around the county. I rate Taco Bell second to the bottom just above Del Taco. I get up by there quite regularly and will have to stop in and try Nessy Burger. I find that quite often when people are line up like that the food is usually very good! Worth the try. Raddy, I agree with Turk, you really need to eat better food than go to fast food places every day. A daily vitamin is not the answer. If you don't like cooking, try a few restaurants that will cook a better, balanced meal. If you search, quite often it is the same price as going to the fast food places and much better for you. Usually a smaller mom & pop type of restaurant. For me, I need my veggies. I can't eat enough of them.

Raddy,
It’s okay when you are young to treat your body as an amusement park but the sooner you learned to treat your body as a temple the better later life will be. It’s all about quality of life, fast food is amusement park food.

Me and my friends never expected to live this long... if we had, we might have taken better care of our bodies. We all joke about it when we meet up...

You just do not play fair! I went all the way to Vista to Frasier's yesterday in search of good fruits/veggies. Your display knocks theirs out of the waters - you need a stand around here. !!!!!

How do we get our hands on some it? When I was growing up we had men who loaded pickup trucks with fresh fruit and veggies complete with a covered canopy and drove around town like a rolling farmer's market. I wonder how well that would work today???
