Turk,
How about if you try td with apostrophe instead of quotes for the smiley section?
Also, notice the var = i in the area in red.

Note that the only place td has quotes is in the smilies and font drop down areas.
// do not edit below this line var td=document.getElementsByTagName("td"); if(document.postForm){ for(i=1;i<td.length;i++){ if(td.width=="70%" && td[i-1].innerHTML.match(/Add Smilies:/)){ for(j=0;j<smiley.length;j++){ if(smiley[j]=="BREAK"){ td.innerHTML+='<br />'; }else{ var code=smiley[j][1]; var img=imgPath+smiley[j][0]; var jsadd='javascript:add(\' '+code+' \')'; td.innerHTML+=' <a href="'+jsadd+'"><img src="'+img+ '" border="0" alt="'+code+'" /></a>'; } } break; } } } })() // --> </script> <!-- begin drop down font menu --> <script type="text/javascript"> <!-- var font=["Verdana","Times New Roman","Comic Sans MS","Arial","Courier New","Tahoma","Century","Autumn","Lucida Console","Rockwell","Scibble","Trebuchet"]; function aF(font){add("[font=", "[/font]", font);} var td=document.getElementsByTagName("td"); for(e=0;e<td.length;e++) if(document.postForm && td[e].width=="70%" && td[e].className=="windowbg2" && td[e].previousSibling.innerHTML.match(/Add Tags/)){ var dropBox='<select onChange="aF(this.options[this.selectedIndex].value); this.selectedIndex=0;"><option value="">Font</option>'; for(j=0;j<font.length;j++) { dropBox+='<option value="'+font[j]+'">'+font[j]+'</option>'; } dropBox+='</select>'; td[e].innerHTML+=dropBox; } //--> </script> <!-- end drop down font menu

Am I the only one that thinks that the little, tiny, outline words at the top of the screen are for eagle-eyed youngsters? (Home, Help, Search etc. ?) For this senior citizen, I always need to get close to the screen to make sure I am choosing the right word!
Just a comment. Maybe I need to get a new prescription for my glasses.

It is possible to change them, however since they are a graphic and not text it would be a huge job. I am planning on a board make-over but I've been working on it for 9 months and making very slow progress.

I understand this as I, without my glasses, cannot read them either. I have a separate pair of glasses set for use with my computer. I have trifocal vision and elect my normal glasses to be bifocal and an extra pair for the computer. It really works well for me. If you don't wear glasses, you might consider a pair of drug store reading glasses for magnification? If you do wear glasses, you might need a pair for computer distance (slightly more than reading distance). Of course, Turk is working on it but I am sure that you view much more than just this site.

Okay I took a look at it I can replace the images, depending on view there are 11 different images. I’ll look around at other boards and see what’s available. In the meantime Costco has reading glasses in packs of 3

In the meantime Costco has reading glasses in packs of 3 If you bundle the graphics and send them my way I can edit them. OR we can create brand new ones - I just need the names that are called out. Methinks out voted you are, Turk! Even the young'uns' eyes get tired of small print and many wear glasses already.

Is it possible to have the Private Message Panel display on all pages? Thanks for the suggestion, it would not be a difficult change. Let's see what the others think

Not a question, just a comment. Thanks for making the 'menu' or header or whatever you call it easier to read. The small, outline font that was used was hard to read. Kudos!
