I tend to have a bigger heart for animals than I do for people, maybe because I feel they are helpless against abuse. The good news is that all but a few of Michael Vick's victims have been recovering in sanctuary, foster care and adoptive homes.Even the most traumatized dogs can now have a Happy New Year thanks to caring folks like BAD RAP(Bay Area Doglovers Responsible About Pitbulls). With restitution from Vick of $928,000 to help with any costs incurred to help these animals, certain folks have turned a terrible situation into a compassionate cause.A huge Thank you to all involved in the healing process.Thank you:
Cindy Houser-Teddles
Catalina Stirling-SWEET JASMINE Donna Reynolds-GRACE Linda Chwistek-AUDIE Michael Wilson-SWEET PEA The Hernandezes-ZIPPY Letti de Little-UBA Kim Ramirez-FRODO Andy and Sasha Gibbs-ERNIE Calvin Diferding-JOHNNY JUSTICE
The conditions these animals were found in is too horrible for details but these good people stepped up and showed the best of humankind.

IM, you can set your login to never time-out or set it for specific number of hours, cool feature. I'm the same way about dogs. Some friends went to see the new movie Marley and Me, they said "but it's sad and almost everyone cried." I instantly said "does the dog die?" More regard for the dog than the people, however Jennifer Aniston is pretty hot and she likes dogs to boot. If the NFL welcomes Vick back he will get booed every city his team visits and the protesters will line up. The question is should he be allowed back in. If he pays the price for his crime and if there are not restriction regarding ex-cons in the NFL then we have no choice but to accept his return.

I thought that almost all professional sports had rules regarding conduct on/off the playing field and harsh penalties for misconduct. The recent lawsuit filed against Padres player Brian Giles and the revealing of his past misconduct caused many to wonder if he could lose his current contract/salary. Pro sports already has too many thugs, druggies and criminals that were given second chances. I think the cruel mistreatment of animals is far more reprehensible than gambling (remember Pete Rose?) and think Vick should get a lifetime ban.

My point; I will acquiesce to the NFL’s decision. Personally I hope every dog to the end of time lifts their leg on his tombstone.
If he is reinstated he will be the leper of football

And think if we would have made the Vick back then instead of LT well we all know the deal. There have been some rumors that hemay be traded could the Falcons be baiting old JJ in Dallas.

The Philadelphia Eagles will hold a news conference Friday morning announcing the signing of Michael Vick. I hope it damages their attendance, shame on the Eagles.

This is where we show our true colors. If Vick was one of the premiere QB's I could see why a franchise might be willing to give him a chance, but he's not he's an over glorified running back that lines up under center, what the Eagles see in him is beyond me.
