I don't recall you from the RR site,so you start out with a clean slate, after 8 posts you'll get a rating from me.

In other words, in a previous post, you went through a litany of the ex-RR posters -- Hatch, Gene, Jack, Tired, etc., you thought might be able to be "saved." The last two on your list was me and Lou. Lou had a slightly higher rating with you determining that I was "impossible." And jdredd wanted me to stick around because I was "the enemy."
So I am just curious about your rating system, cuz it sure seems to me that you have been welcomed here with open arms.

If "saved" means converted, then I'll take a pass.

It's pretty complicated. You take the number of posts times key "buzz" words divided by the number of anti-Obama put downs plus number of references to liberals minus references to republicans. This number is then multiplied by 1/2 of positive quotes from Snoop Doggs diary and then is squared .This is your official rating!Jack Oliver is a +2,980,875.Nikki is a -3,000,790.I of course am a perfect 5,000,000.Other ratings by request.

Nikki, despite the low rating, you're much higher than Patriot Lori,Don from Oceanside, and Irish Mike.Gary blows everybody out of the water with a -247,000,552.

Bruce, I'm not that great at solving word problems but, I don't think we should sign off on your formula until you run it by Larry. He teaches the stuff you know.

Bruce and Jack,
I wouldn't square the product of the D oh double G especially when he is now a twittering (meaning that based on a single Paris twitter we could see things getting really hot) and then again not everybody be chippin in and still they be sippin on the gin and juice (laid back with their mind on their money and their money on their mind) assuming most of us are kicking it old school anyways. In addition you need some kind of constant that reflects the political climate yo, like somebody is posting in the C P T and then Jack and his peeps in Ranchosquitos are more likely to represent for their homeys. I mean everybodys got peeps and you got to keep it real. Other than that I think there is probably some correlation to the number and your ability to choose a moderate centrist amongst a pool of candidates with extremes on both sides. But since Nikki and I are currently chill I am not about to diss her in public over some number that isn't even in her fave five.
Personally I think the goal is not to have an aggregate score of zero or one (depending on what is considered absolute neutral) but to make sure that there is resonance for the topics. I am not sure if the goal is to change peoples minds or merely to increase the number of factors we consider prior to our decision. A knee jerk liberal is no better or worst than a knee jerk conservative. If after all the discussion we still would make the same decision does not mean the conversation did not have value. I think part of the political problem in this country is that every issue is condensed into a thirty second commercial. Some of the issues are just too complicated and need to be looked at in their complicated form. Simplifying immigration for example into just the two extremes does a great disservice to everyone involved.

Larry, You've definitely taken your commentary to new heights - certainly kicked up more than a notch or two. I can only look upon this as an ode and tribute to Yogi Berra. It will take years for this group to properly decipher and categorize your remarks.

Bruce,
The answer is NO, but I do find it curious that you are only curious about the last 8 words.
