I could be wrong, but inspired by Steve Garvey’s attempt to become a Senator, I think I need a thread to ridicule the Senate. What a bunch of comedians. Will the Magaistas take over in November? I predicted not, but stay tuned I’m usually wrong.

The Garvey vs. Schiff election could be awesomely extreme! Let the lies flow like water! Garvey the Magamaniac vs the Corrupt Schiff! What could go wrong?

So the GOP put the youngest Senator as the responder to Biden’s blather. She’s a Millennial from Alabama. Is she a Magamaniac? Don’t know yet, I’ll have to find out what loonie conspiracies she believes in. She does have the mandatory Republican long straight hair for women and is wearing a cross. But why they picked her is transparent: Going after the suburban housewife vote. But reviews have not been kind to her, even from Reps, so I guess I feel sorry for her even if she does say Y’all. Nice cleavage, though, and her green outfit does seem to go with her skin. Sexist? Hell yeah!

So now the China-demonizing anti-TikTok bill goes from the riff-raff of the House to the patricians of the Senate. Should be fun to watch. Thank God my Congresswoman voted against it.

Having no life, I’m starting to keep track of America’s Senators. God help me. Today I’m listening to Senator Bill Hagerty from the Guns’n Jesus state of Tennessee. He’s trying to prevent illegal immigrants being counted in the census. Unsurprisingly, he was in private equity before becoming Senator. Boomer scum. But aren’t most Senators?

Today’s profile in hypocrisy: Senator Rand Paul, chiming in on the immigrant “invasion”. You might think he might be in favor, being a Libertarian, but he is a Republican first, and from Kentucky.

From the NYT: “ G.O.P. senator says she won’t vote for Trump and declines to rule out leaving the party.” I doubt she will bail out of the Trump Party but it’s hilarious to think about the uproar that would happen if she did.
