www.newsmax.com/politics/rick-scott-socialism-bernie-sanders-senate/2020/12/07/id/1000393/"Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., warned Monday that Democrat wins of two U.S. Senate seats in Georgia on Jan. 5 will result in national policies that will "control your life." In an interview on Fox News’ “Fox & Friends,” Scott pointed to Vermont Independent Sen. Bernie Sanders’ vision for Democrat control of the Senate: passage of progressive legislation. “I think it’s real simple: Democrats want to control your life,” Scott said. "Bernie Sanders is right. If they could win in Georgia, then his idea of socialism — the Democrats' idea to pack the Supreme Court and infringe on our First and Second Amendment rights, ruin Medicare, ruin private healthcare insurance, have all healthcare insurance run by the government —" could come to fruition, he explained." "Scott likened the possible actions of an empowered Kamala Harris, as vice president, to those of former Cuban dictator Fidel Castro and former Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez." It will be fun to see how much mileage the right will get claiming the Democrats are birds of a feather with Castro and Chavez.

It will be fun to see how much mileage the right will get claiming the Democrats are birds of a feather with Castro and Chavez. It is 6 seats not two. If the left wins the two in GA they'll make DC and Puerto Rico states. That's just what we need more welfare states.

www.newsmax.com/politics/2024-rnc-gop-republicans/2021/01/02/id/1003988/"Even while President Donald Trump continues to fight the results of the November election, he is already being considered a frontrunner for the 2024 race as the Republican National Committee's annual winter meeting approaches." "Trump will address the conference on the second day of the meeting, after having hinted at the beginning of December he is looking at another campaign should efforts to overturn the election results from November fail. Trump has also told his advisers, behind closed doors, he wants to run again and could announce his bid either before or during Biden's inauguration, Fox News has reported."
A despot never gives up. Bring it on, Trumpy! And meanwhile, let's see what damage you can do to the Republican Party.

The 2022 election is already in full spring. The Trump Party expects major gains and I wouldn't bet against it. The Trumpers are fired up.

www.newsmax.com/newsfront/globalmacr-gov-law-northam/2021/02/25/id/1011598/"Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said Thursday that he would “absolutely” support Donald Trump if he were the Republican Party’s nominee for president in 2024. His remarks, in a Fox News interview, marked an about-face from less than two weeks ago, when he delivered an impassioned speech from the Senate floor in which he held Trump “practically and morally responsible” for the mob that attacked the Capitol on Jan. 6th." The saddest thing would be if Mitch was still around in 2024. But I do enjoy that he's now a bad guy with the Trump Party.

2024 is going to be interesting. At this point I have no clue who the democrats or republicans are going to run. There's not enough knee pads in the world for Kammie to get the nomination and Trump's base continues to grow. Who knows.
BTW I mean all the disrespect I can muster for Kammie.

If anyone is like me and doesn't like having a codger in the WH (Hopefully Biden, if he is still President, will not run in 2024), with all the people expecting Trump to run, the guy will be 78 years old in 2024. Maybe Trump Jr. should run.

The Republican media blowhards are certain that Republicans will sweep the House and Senate in 2022. Maybe they will, but I think it matters less an less which party is on top in Congress. Look at the border wall. It was never approved by Congress. And there was no Congressional vote whether to go ahead with drilling in ANWR. And both parties approve of our belligerence toward China. I could go on but the point is, who cares which party runs Congress?

So according to Steve Bannon Trump has decided to run in 2024. I sure hope so. A Biden-Trump rematch would be hilarious.

Ha-ha! Senator (Ayn) Rand Paul has been making a name for himself lately. Is his eyes on 2024, perhaps? How well does he get along with Der Fuhrer of the GOP? Enough for a VP slot?

Will the GOP campaign motto be “Bring Back the Clown” in 2024?

I have to feel sorry for the GOP. It’s still over 10 months until their supposedly inevitable sweep of the House and Senate, and even after that they will still have two years to wait out the Biden regime. It’s going to feel like forever. And by January 2025, what will the world be like? But until then I will sit back and enjoy their discomfort. And just think about the agony if by some fluke a Democrat is the one inaugurated in 2025. 😄

Supposing Biden is able to run in 2024 and is not talking to the wall at an old folks home, I’ll be curious to see if the level of Bidenhate is sustainable until then. Does the economy suck or is it booming? The level of people on the road or shopping in the stores seems higher than ever. No crash in real estate like in 2008 yet. There seems to be construction going on everywhere. Whee will Covid be by then? The GOP could sweep in 2022 and still be in trouble by 2024. Maybe more so, with an obstructionist Congress.

So a name being thrown around for the Dems in 2024 is Newsom. Of course, the fossil in the WH must get out of the way, and they have to stab Kamala in the back. But at least he’s not a rotten Boomer. Still, as I said before, if the Dems run another guy but the GOP runs a woman, the GOP will get my vote for the first time. Sexist? Don’t care. Of course the chance of a woman Republican candidate is almost zero.
