Today in our nation obesity is becoming a main stream issue. Fast food is taking the blame but the real culprit is lack of exercise. If you want to lose or control your weight try eating more meals not less.Eating 6 meals a day with a good exercise regimen will speed up your metabolism, allowing you to utilize your calorie intake. The number of calories per meal is the key to preparing your meals for optimum energy levels and weight loss. Of course exercise is required. If you have never experimented with working out,ask someone with experience to help show you how to get started.Of course everyone is different and your body will take exercise in its own way.Any questions you have, ask.

Good topic Irish, for many the over 40 crowd will begin to see their body change and if you are in the over 50 group you will see another unwelcome plateau.
There is nothing more difficult than exercise discipline. The way I see it exercise is like a savings account and we all know how difficult it is to be disciplined saving. The sooner you start the greater the return.
Today’s preventive medication is a catch 22, on one hand it prolongs, adjusts, and fixes things like cholesterol, blood pressure, and more. It also allows us to rely on medication when in many circumstances diet and exercise is the answer. For example cholesterol is easily and best controlled by exercise.
