AJ should have gone a LONG time ago. What is the recurring theme that remains constant throughout the years - with multiple Coaches? What I couldn't understand is that the announcers throughout the game kept saying how great AJ, Norv Turner & Ron Rivera were! The team played a respectable 1st half inspite of their lack of rushing, 3rd down convertions and total failure of Special Teams. The Denver team gets plenty of credit as they played their game on schedule and got the results they had in their first 5 games. Shut down the 2nd half! Again, the Denver Broncos came to play ball and that they did. Not very often do you see a team that can rush (effectively) on almost every defensive down throughout the entire game! They deserved the win. They had the right formula as they knew that given any time, Rivers would be a danger to them and he proved it during the first half. And Denvers offensive line was able to protect their quarterback quite well throughout the entire game. I saw better blocking from Sproles than from LT! It is time for LT to move on but Sproles is not a power runner either so a replacement will be needed for LT. Then the special teams coach needs to go, the team has been weakest there than anywhere else on the team. Then, even LT and Gates were questioning why Norv Turner would put Sproles in for a 3rd down run up the middle to attempt a touchdown. Sproles nor LT were able to successfully make a run up the middle all game! Bad, bad decision! It isn't likely the Chargers are going to have a decent season unless some serious changes are made. Sometimes it appears the players have no heart in the game! What is with that? CV, I lay it back to AJ. He makes it a point to demoralize the team. They get someone they work well with and he decides to be unprofessional. I also fault Spanos. (My opinions.)

The only reason to praise them was because the announcers’ were afraid one of them might be in the broadcasting booth next week. Denver played with spirit and determination. We have all heard the same song over and over Turner is a proven looser. When you hire a looser you lose. Fault Spannos, AJ and Norv. Hire Marty as GM and his kid as head coach or get Bill Cower out of retirement or all games will be blocked out, this team is in deep trouble and the players have no confidence in Turner, the man is a joke.

Fire Norv Turner Shawne Merriman and Tila Ti-Troll at Stingaree in downtown SD. Can Norv really be the ONLY reason the Chargers have looked like hell for 75% of the last 2 seasons and this year? Maybe just maybe the Chargers are too undisciplined to handle the extra-curricular activites? In any other lineof work they would probably say. Grow up. Stop going out and hit the books, work harder etc...... is pro-football any different?
But then again I guess lack of discipline comes from the top of the organization and thus from Norv. I mean the guy basically blew off the loss in the post game interview and said the Chargers lost because the Steelers had lost 2 games and were very prepared to win. Really? Dude. Come on.www.firenorv.net/

Have to blame AJ, he called the team "soft". HE traded for this team! He got rid of a coach that got the Chargers to 14-2, wasn't good enough, didn't like him. Let's get a coach to take us to 8-8! Makes sense to me! Get rid of Drew Brees, get rid of Michael Turner, Keep LaDanian Thompson. What part of WTF don't I get? Get rid of AJ, then Norv, ship ship the whole Turd Pile to the City of Industry.
I've been around here since '72. Seen some bad teams. I remember when the best part of a Padres game was MacNamara's Band.

Giants favored by 4.5. I don't think it’s possible the Giants will drop three in a row. The Chargers will be defeated by a major coaching error. FIRE NORV
Giants 27 Chargers 23

FIRE NORV Giants 27 Chargers 23 Fine, fire Norv, but you also have to look at A J Smith. He called the team soft earlier in the season, this team is HIS trades! He fired a coach that got them to 14-2, because he didn't like him, and brought in a coach that took them to 8-8. Nice move AJ! Didn't need Drew Brees or Michael Turner, but keep LaDanian, when was the last time he was in a Playoff Game? The one constant in the Chargers troubles has been AJ Smith. As the saying goes, "The fish rots from the head down"

Anyone want to pitch in for a moving van to take the Chargers to the City of Industry?

It was double sweet because Manning thought they had won and then his nightmare began.
