Spanos should walk on the field at half-time and present Turner a one-way ticket out of Pittsburgh. With Turner at the helm the Chargers will be looser, Turner is a proven looser, fire his ass and move on. This Charger team was NOT prepared for tonight's game, 100% a cocahing problem, fire the looser now. At least don't show a close up of his face a neck at the dinner hour the man can make others ill.
But other than that I'm sure there is something about him someone likes.

How long is that Spanos guy going to be owner of the Chargers? Can't the city lose him somehow?

I stopped watching the Steelers rout of the Chargers - how many times can you run LT up the middle and expect a different result? Oh, wait, it's 1st and goal on the 3 yard line - maybe............

I'll never understand the Turner hire, the man has never, never, never been an achiever, every team he has commanded has failed.

The Steelers have lost two straight, it is going to be hard spanking them in their own crib. To begin with we have lost the last 14 consecutive games there! Then they played like the Aztecs for the first 3 quarters. I wonder what kind of drugs they gave the offense in the 4th quarter? They kicked butt but were to far behind! Whatever it was, they need to give some to the defense too! I have to give the defense one good play, when they stoled the ball for a touchdown! This team has struggled through all 4 games. They have proven that they can put points on the board against a good team. This team is just not playing its potential yet. It has a bye week then on to Denver (4-0). If this team is going to do anything this season, they must make that statement with Denver! I agree TURNER needs to go!

Like I said in another thread, I prayed for the Chargers last night but God answered the Steeler Fans and told me to show up with a Defense in the first half next time I ask....

AJ Smith is complaining about the Chargers, did he forget he's responsible for the players he drafted? Doesn't he share some responsibilty? He fired a coach that got them to 14-2, and hired a coach that took them all the way up to 8-8!

This is a win win game if we win we pick up a game on Denver, if we lose then we shit-can Norv “Worthless” Turner. But I would fire AJ also: two reasons – Drew Brees and Michael Turner, big time screw ups on AJ’s part.

What is the recurring theme that remains constant throughout the years - with multiple Coaches?

But I would fire AJ also: two reasons – Drew Brees and Michael Turner, big time screw ups on AJ’s part. AJ should have gone a LONG time ago. What is the recurring theme that remains constant throughout the years - with multiple Coaches? What I couldn't understand is that the announcers throughout the game kept saying how great AJ, Norv Turner & Ron Rivera were! The team played a respectable 1st half inspite of their lack of rushing, 3rd down convertions and total failure of Special Teams. The Denver team gets plenty of credit as they played their game on schedule and got the results they had in their first 5 games. Shut down the 2nd half! Again, the Denver Broncos came to play ball and that they did. Not very often do you see a team that can rush (effectively) on almost every defensive down throughout the entire game! They deserved the win. They had the right formula as they knew that given any time, Rivers would be a danger to them and he proved it during the first half. And Denvers offensive line was able to protect their quarterback quite well throughout the entire game. I saw better blocking from Sproles than from LT! It is time for LT to move on but Sproles is not a power runner either so a replacement will be needed for LT. Then the special teams coach needs to go, the team has been weakest there than anywhere else on the team. Then, even LT and Gates were questioning why Norv Turner would put Sproles in for a 3rd down run up the middle to attempt a touchdown. Sproles nor LT were able to successfully make a run up the middle all game! Bad, bad decision! It isn't likely the Chargers are going to have a decent season unless some serious changes are made. Sometimes it appears the players have no heart in the game! What is with that?
