Here is my impression of Hannity: 1. He is the most rote. He goes over the same talking points over and over, worse than Hedgecock. 2. Other conservative talkers occasionally criticize the Republicans. Hannity never has anything bad to say about Republicans that I've heard, nor anything good to say about the Democrats. In mid November, he was still calling George Bush a "great president". He is what one would call a "shill" for the Republicans. Despite his faults, Bill O'Reilly is the least objectionable of the far righties.

Once again, the law of unintended consequences: Hillary and Biden are said to be pushing Obama for more aggressive actions against the Iranian government but Obama is resisting. So all those years you righties spent smearing "Hildabeast" meant you helped elect BHO! LOL!
Nevertheless you can be sure the CIA is working overtime on regime change in Tehran, no matter how many Iranians might have to die to accomplish it.

The only one of the lot I care to listen to is "Glen Beck" as I find his satire fair and his approach is logical, well detailed and understandable by the largest public. IMO

Nevertheless you can be sure the CIA is working overtime on regime change in Tehran, no matter how many Iranians might have to die to accomplish it. IMO you are 100% wrong, we are paying very close attention but we have zero influence or participation. They don’t need the CIA - please understand these people are willing to die for their belief, this is a fight for freedom, unfortunately many Americans (the “L” word) have forgotten and have no clue what freedom is or the cost of freedom. Please do not minimize their fight and their willingness to die for their cause. All we do in this country is to extend a waiting hand for more handouts; these people extend a hand to open or close a coffin. Think about it when these people leave their home in the morning they are prepared never to return. I’m to close and to passionate, I would encourage you not to be flippant.

I'm not flippant about Iranian patriots trying to do what is best for their country, I'm flippant about CIA agents doing things overseas that are not in America's long term interest, to serve a domestic ideology.

Oh by the way, CM, there is freedom and there is freedom. I fight for freedom in my own way, while some people fight for the "freedom" of corporate elites (sorry, jg, the devil is still the devil) to fire millions to save their own skins.

What cracks me up is how technology-obsessed Americans are more interested in how the Iranians are using Twitter than what the actual issues are in Iran...

There are 11 Iranians living in my building, 2 couples and 7 women. Most of them speak little English. However one of them women speaks enough English to have expressed her opinion, which is that since the Ayatollah has spoken, the situation isn't good for the "moderates". She also thinks that the nuclear program will go on, since the mullahs are actually in charge and that the "crazy one" is just a puppet. She also says any US intervention would be disastrous. She and her husband(very little English) were supporters of the Shah.

Yes, US intervention would be disastrous. That's never stopped us before, though.

Bruce, do any of your neighbors talk about wanting to return to Iran?

CM, same question. Also, do you know of any Iranians that wish they were there right now?
