Well, it's beginning to look like less a cultural war, and more like a cultural divide that is hard to cross. Just look at me and b. As for my original question about Cultural Stagnation, I would have to say, as I think I said before, culture and politics go hand in hand and with President Douchebag being inaugurated on the 20th, politics does not appear to be stagnating like it might have been if Hillary had been elected.

So political power has almost completely shifted to one side of the political divide. And with some new peckerwood in the Supreme Court, they will be running the whole shebang. Haha! Be careful what you wish for. What is actually more interesting is watching what the folks on my side will do.

Be careful what you wish for. What is actually more interesting is watching what the folks on my Communist Anti American side will do. So The Peckerwood (It takes one to know one) JD crawls out of his safe space, Sorry Idiot! It keeps other Anti American liberal Judges from Killing America! Hopefully Ruth Ginsberg Will Croak! So Another Regular American Judge will fill in! Keep babbling Like those liberals WOW Mark Dice really exposed How liberals are morons, JD show he fits into that category!

What interests me about the cultural divide, whichever side you think is the "good guys", are those "can't we all just get along?" folks who are trying hard to straddle the cultural chasm. Good luck with that. You just might end up falling into it as the sides grow farther apart. Or, heaven forbid, you might have to take sides. Or not. Maybe something will happen, like a Martian invasion, which will bring both sides together again.

While it is true that the neanderthal side of the cultural divide got their guy into the WH in 2016, I believe demographics are showing their side is shrinking while the enlightened side is growing. So Trump may be just the last gasp for the Orcs. They just aren't making new warmongers and religious fanatics in the numbers they used to. On the other hand, that could change overnight depending on world events.

I'm going to generalize grandly here now, and I don't care if people don't like it. The two sides of the cultural divide are growing farther apart and it's going to get harder and harder to not pick a side. On one side you have most of the warmonger military, most of the religious fanatics, most business owners, gun nuts and construction workers. And bikers and rednecks. On the other you have most artists and musicians (except C & W), most scientists (except those that work for defense contractors), most academics, most journalists, most civil servants, and single moms and other peaceniks. Disagree? Don't care. You will have to pick a side. But I'd think, considering the large groups who are attracted to the Deplorable side of the cultural divide, they would be doing even better than they are. Go figure.

I'm sure there are lots of people who think the cultural divide in modern America can be bridged. Personally, considering the divide on this board, I'm not very optimistic.

There was little conflict or cross-examination, as both men chided the political left for avoiding or drowning out Mr. Yiannopoulos’s views rather than engaging with them. Introducing Mr. Yiannopoulos, 32, an openly gay editor at Breitbart News, Mr. Maher said: “I think you’re colossally wrong on a number of things. But if I banned everyone from my show who I thought was colossally wrong, I would be talking to myself.” I stopped watching Bill Maher a while back when he jumped on the Muslim-bashing train. Bill and Millennial turd Milo deserve each other. (And Milo called the Democrats "the party of Lena Dunham. What's the bad part?)

I think Milo is a hero he made gay and all the acronyms as the should be acceptable. He's been the grand Marshall of more gay pride parades than all others combined. If you simplify his agenda, he wants to keep his head and not be tossed of a roof top. For speaking the truth how Muzzie treat gays he's condemned by the libs. The lib agenda seems like an oxymoron to me.
