Predictions? At best case I'd say 8-8 but reality says 7-9, should have fired Norv.

Sticking to 8-8 Turk? After watching our defense perform and their depth ,I predict a 12-4 . Is tomorrow's game being televised?

Yup I'm sticking with 8-8, Sunday will be the real test against a good Atlanta team. Don't forget the Chargers got Norv Turner and he's good for 3-5 losses alone.
Sunday's game is blacked out.

So much for my improved defense theory. Uhhgg. Come on man!! The game against Atlanta was not lost by the defense. Had the offense made some points and stayed on the field longer, the Falcons would not have scored as much. As it was, they kept them to 27 points which was not bad and definately matchable IF the offense made their normal scoring range. The offense had a LOT of dropped balls. Either the receivers were intimidated and not staying focused or Rivers was rushing the ball because our offensive line is not that strong! As it is, Rivers has only one interception with 3 games played. Note: Manning had 4 in one quarter! That is definate improvement from last year. They need to get some protection for Rivers, then the team may show improvement. Then, the Chargers are FAMOUS for letting down their fans.

The Chargers will never achieve with Norv as head coach. Norv has a track record of failure, he'll never change. I predicted 8-8 I might revise that to 7-9. Fire Norv.

The offense just isn't doing its job. Special teams were, effectively, responsible for 10 points, the defense was good for 7 points and the offense only got 7 points. That was all in the first half. The second half was NOTHING, ZIP, NADA! BUT they allowed the the Broncos 35 points, just in the second half. To top it off, Manning and his receivers are not connecting that well. YES, the Chargers are proving that they are not worthy of being playoff contenders. They are proving the saying Chargers up 24 to nothing in the second half and it is anybody's game!
