OK, I've found some words. What exactly was the crime I committed? I posted on Christmas? Gosh darn, call out the SWAT team, I actually didn't put my interest in this board on hold for the holiday. And worse than that, I posted about an actual issue. I'm sorry if the problems of the world still hold my interest, and I've heard enough holiday cheer to last me three lifetimes, and if you want to feel sorry for me because of it, well, you are welcome to, and I'm happy you have not gotten to where I'm at...yet. And I'm also sorry that I'm talking the same old same old too. My three remaining brain cells can only hold a few issues, and I'm doomed to repeat them over and over. The only alternative is to shut up, I suppose, which might make a number of people happy, no doubt, but since making those people happy is not my goal, I don't think that is going to happen in the immediate future. In fact, part of the pleasure in here is to try to make certain people unhappy (Rocket), not that I think I can or will succeed. But hey, I gotta go clean up after another messy Christmas so I'll give you guys a break. Happy New Year!!

I'm sorry, there will be no let-up. www.thenation.com/doc/20100111/engelhardt"They had the globe, the whole damn thing, in their sights. They were also desperately in love with the US military and complete romantics about what it could do. They believed that the mightiest, most advanced military force on the planet could shock-and-awe anyone into submission, and quite unilaterally at that."

You are a broken record + constant crying/bashing. You are so wrapped up in self pity you do not see others are going through trying times. You are so wrapped up in self-pity, crying, whining and dankness that you do not go out and get a job - you blame others for your problems. How about get your head out of the sand, grow up and get a life? Then you won't sound like a broken record - out to dash anyone else's pleasant times. re: the other post relative to ignoring me... I stopped accessing the board as I wanted to continue in the positive. Your response I knew would be what it was - you are predictable in your pity party.

It's funny you should mention blaming others. In the constant battle between haves and have nots, or achievers and non-achievers as Rush would say, the haves have always said, since ancient times, for the have-nots to blame themselves and never blame the political or economic system. It works a lot of the time to preserve the status quo, but not always.

Could be because I think "personal responsibility" is a crock. It's just a way to blow people off. You have made that quite apparent - suck off the hard work of others instead of making it on your own. Blame everyone else for decisions that have backfired. It is like a kid blaming their sibling for what they themself have done. Or blaming their parents. Everything is everyone else's fault except the deed doer.

The more I read and interact with Jdredd on this board - the more convinced I am that he is really "Gray Davis"!

Dude when you engage with the "Dolphie" you're on your own as well documented in here when I venture down that "Thelma and Louise" track... Unemployment and lack of interest in real life is your least concern right now ol buddy

Joust witha woman you're gonna lose... Never lose and always define the level of gain by counting your :>finger<: ...just fix dinner, light some candles, put on your silk boxers and uncork the wine. If the first 3 things go unnoticed at least the wine will dull the pain!
