www.newsmax.com/politics/united-states-blinken/2021/04/12/id/1017219/"Secretary of State Antony Blinken is heading to Brussels for talks with European and NATO allies about Afghanistan, Ukraine, and other matters. The State Department says Blinken will have meetings in the Belgian capital on Tuesday and be met there by Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin for additional consultations on Wednesday. Spokesman Ned Price said Monday that Blinken would use the visit “to reaffirm the U.S. commitment to the Transatlantic alliance as a critical partnership for achieving our mutual goals.” The trip comes ahead of a May 1 deadline set by the Trump administration for the withdrawal of U.S.-led coalition troops from Afghanistan. That deadline is not expected to be met, according to President Joe Biden and other officials as peace talks between the Afghan government and the Taliban remain inconclusive." I do love watching the coming and goings of our clueless Secretaries of State. At least Trump had a plan on Afganistan, even if he dropped the ball. And Trump didn't try an idiotic "surge" like Obama.

www.newsmax.com/politics/republicans-iran-sanctions-bill/2021/04/21/id/1018527/A group of Republican legislators on Wednesday released legislation to support sanctions on Iran, distance Congress from agreements made by President Joe Biden, and reinforce demands made by the previous administration. “In the first 100 days, President Biden has exhibited a troubling pattern. He’s talked a big game while returning to the same Obama-era weakness that emboldened our adversaries and made American families less safe,” said Rep. Jim Banks, R-Ind., who chairs the Republican Study Committee Caucus, said at a press conference introducing the Maximum Pressure Act before the U.S. Capitol. “His foreign policy seems to be defined by the approach of ‘speak loudly and carry a twig,’ which is in stark contrast to the tree limb that [Pompeo] and President [Donald] Trump carried on a daily basis.” “We’re seeing Biden’s weak approach take route with regards to Iran,” he added later. “That’s why we’re here today, to communicate to the Biden administration that we will fight to maintain sanctions on Iran and show our adversaries that if Joe Biden temporarily lifts sanctions, we will reimpose them later,” Banks said. Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo joined lawmakers during the press conference, telling reporters: “I’m here in my status as a private citizen. As a private citizen, I care deeply that Iran never has a nuclear weapon and when I saw this legislation forming, I talked to Congressman Banks. I said I wanted to be part of making sure that this is successful.” That is music to my ears hearing Mike describe himself as a private citizen. Thank God. And "Maximum Pressure Act" makes me laugh.

www.nytimes.com/2021/05/25/world/middleeast/blinken-israel-netanyahu.html?action=click&module=Well&pgtype=Homepage§ion=World%20NewsRAMALLAH, West Bank — America’s top diplomat came to the seat of the Palestinian government on Tuesday with promises of additional aid, a reopened consulate in Jerusalem and a broad sympathetic pledge to rebuild ties that had been severed by the previous administration in favor of Israel. With the raw emotion of deaths and wreckage from an 11-day war between Israel and Hamas militants still fresh in the minds of both Israelis and Palestinians, the actions by Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken represented, in tone at least, an attempted revival of America’s former role as a more neutral mediator in the Middle East’s most protracted conflict. It amounted to a sharp turnabout from the policies of former President Donald J. Trump, who had made no secret of siding with Israel by closing a political channel with the Palestinian Authority and cutting off humanitarian assistance to millions of Palestinians. But it also carries big risks. The Biden administration says it will help finance an enormous reconstruction effort in the Gaza Strip, which is controlled by Hamas, a militant group considered a terrorist organization by the United States, Israel and many other countries. Rebuilding ties with the Palestinians also risks angering Israel, the most reliable U.S. ally in the Middle East, whose leaders are already anxious about the Biden administration’s attempts to rejoin a nuclear agreement with Iran. Israel has long opposed and worked to undermine a deal." As it should be obvious to anyone, Israel does not have to compromise with the Palestinians on anything since they know they still have the unconditional backing of American military power.

Ha-ha! Our former Secretary of State is showing up at a pro-Israel rally in my town this weekend. Coincidentally, El Cajon has the 2nd largest population of Arab-Americans in the country. Coincidence my ass. Will the people of El Cajon fall for the bait and make trouble? Let’s hope they just ignore the pointless rally.

Blinken is turning out to be almost as big of a bonehead as Pompeo. Now he wants to get Taiwan into the UN. And negotiations with Iran to re-establish the nuclear deal seem to be faltering.

Haven’t really paid attention to Blinken, he seems to be an uninteresting tool.

Ha-ha! I spoke too soon. Blinken just got a tongue lashing from Biden himself for his extreme pro-Ukraine and anti-Russian remarks. Of course Blinken follows a long line of pro-war Secretary of States.

Can you believe Henry Kissinger is now 99 years old? At least he wasn’t a religious fanatic like Pompeo.

So Blinky cancelled a trip to Beijing over the alleged Chinese spy balloon! He’s just as big a clown as Pompeo was.

I just listened to my favorite YouTube Commentator, Alexander Mercouris, read a statement by Blinken, warning about an alleged Chinese statement about Ukraine, and he could barely stop laughing at Blinken’s buffoonery. How much longer can the Boomers-in-charge expect the world to kiss America’s ass? How can they take seriously a country that goes hysterical over a balloon?

So I hear Mike Pompeo has echoed what I said elsewhere, the obvious fact that America’s proxy war with Russia has driven China and Russia together. Mediocre minds think alike.

Oh boy, Uber Neocon Blinky talked to the Fins. And he brought up Finland’s war with Russia in 1939. Didn’t hear him talk about Finland marching with the Nazis in 1941-44. But he still had lots of happy talk about how we are sticking it to Russia.

Blinky is in China, but not meeting with Xi. His original trip was delayed by the spy balloon fake crisis. Will he try to soften American belligerence to China?

So Blinky is in Kiev….again…to hand over $1B more borrowed dollars to fund Zelensky’s corrupt war machine. And they are trying to pick our pockets as quickly as possible, because there is a chance Trump will be our Prez in January 2025 and he will turn off their unlimited access to the American ATM. But personally I’ll believe it when I see it that even Trump has the balls to go against the warmonger Neocons of the Deep State Department. Meanwhile, in Slovakia, there is a candidate running for President who threatens to break goosestep with the rest of Europe and end aid to Kiev. Maybe there are some European Millennials who aren’t fine with killing Russians for Zelensky’s vanity. Who don’t believe NATO is making Europe Safe for Democracy. I suspect most American Millennials don’t give a crap what is happening in Europe nor should they.

Haven’t paid much attention to Blinky flying from place to place trying to keep the Neocon Dream on track. From the NYT: “ Ten Stops in Five Days, Plus an Air Raid Shelter, for Blinken.” Meanwhile, Captain Senility is going to Israel just to make sure everyone knows whose side we are on. Fortress Israel, of course. Israel reminds me of the Crusader states.
